Before I fitted the windscreen I needed to cut the vent holes and install the screen vents. There is a patten in the manual, I just needed to measure the correct location on the body. Again you measure then measure again!

Vent markings

As you can see there are markings where the wiper boxes go and where the mirror is located. I placed the vents where the wiper would clear as instructed.

I then needs to take the drill and cut out the holes! The vents come in two parts; the top which is seen is the chrome vent itself. Below it connects to the supply from the heater. The vent is screwed through the bodywork to the supply  line.
