I bought new bearings for the wishbones as the ones I removed were in a poor state. This is a easy job even after getting the wishbones powder coated. I had taken the old bearing out so i did need to clean up the edges for although the holes were plugged the edges were not clean.

After preparation the bearings were just pressed into position using the vice, see the photo below.
