A flying visit over the Inverurie to meet up with a couple of members of the 289 register. I had lovely weather heading over, its about 70 miles from home. It was great to see Dave M out in his car after a immobiliser issue and meet Barrie for the first time in his wonderful CRS (Carbon Road Series) AC original! Yes its carbon fibre, you can actually see the weave in the paintwork at certain light angles. After a wonderful bowl of Cullen Skink we headed back home. Lovely roads and some fun I hit a rain storm 20 minutes from home and got soaked! Still that’s the fun of open top motoring!
