I have finally located the fuel pump. I was struggling to find the right way to provide some isolation from the chassis as recommended in many forum entries. I received the fuel pump kit from Gerry some months ago but it has sat on the side waiting!

On a trip to Halfords I spotted mini exhaust rubber supports. They turned out to be perfect for the pump. I made a bracket out of a piece of the body removed to fit the pedal box and used the mini pieces to locate the pump. Works very well even though I say it myself…and very cheap! I will need to ground the pump once I get the right size connection ring to attach to the chassis bolt.
